All the food is freshly made daily on the premises by award-winning chef Billy Brodrick. He takes great care and dedication in producing the menu for the restaurant from homemade bread to the main course of Tuscan Fish Stew and the most exquisite desserts. Hidden Gem. We loved it here. Outstanding service. Great seafood. I had the sea bass, salad, and sticky toffee pudding. We will return. Loved the three distillery tours too.
